It was time to get some new business cards
"cause who I am, what I stand for and what little insights I may have to offer, to share with you, with the world, through my music is my business.

What is the manager definition?
The definition of a manager is a person responsible for supervising and motivating employees and for directing the progress of an organization. An example of a manager is the person who is in charge of customer service, who deals with customer disputes and who oversees and supervises customer service agents.

What exactly does a manager do?
Managers are the people in charge of employees and the facilities they work for. As a manager, your job is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, and coordinate employees, create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

"I AM the manager of my own music and my band Morning dew. The only thing is that I don't have to report to senior management but I do like reporting to you through this website and my socials that I also, manage."

Something that I do want to add is that I AM forever a student. I AM. One of the things I love doing most, is study and learn. Through identifying with being a manager, by listing what I already do as a person and for my music career, I am also challenged to keep growing as a manager. So I am one, but I am most of all learning to be a better one every single day.

Why choose to be Independent?

Because I felt like it was time. I felt that way many times but always felt like it was complicated and something that stayed ahead of me. As I tried to reach for it, it always seemed like I couldn't do it.

​I will say that I do believe that it has taken me about 3 years of research and about 10 years of jobs in administration that has helped me prepare for that moment where I realized: "Hey I have been doing this, I can do this, I should be doing this."

So I decided to go for it. I took a first step by choosing the platform after careful consideration (like I said 3 years of investigating and watching platforms grow) and I have been following/taking steps ever since.

Why independent? Because you are the instigator so you are there to experience every step. It's a part of who I am now.
